Registration, Access, Certificates & Support

Registration & Purchasing

Browse our available online courses, choose the program you want, add the course to your card, and complete your registration online. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email/receipt.

Yes. Student pricing is available for eligible courses.

To qualify, students must:

  • Be enrolled in at least 3 courses or 9 credits per semester at an accredited institution.

  • Complete 100+ hours of instruction per semester.

  • Provide proof of enrollment (transcript or registrar letter).

Yes. Each participant receives their own account, course access, and certificate.

If you’re registering a group, contact us after purchasing so we can help set up participant registrations.

Registration transfers may be available before the course begins. Transfers are not available after the course airs. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to transfer your registration. Change fees will apply. 

Refund requests must be received before the applicable deadline shown in our refund policy. Once a course has been accessed or the refund deadline has passed, refunds may no longer be available.

On-Demand:
All sales are final. No refunds or credits.

Live-Stream:

  • 14+ business days before start: Refund minus $75 admin fee

  • Less than 14 business days: Credit minus $75 admin fee

  • Less than 1 business day: No refund or credit

All cancellations must be emailed to registration@jackhirose.com. No exceptions.

  1. Purchase the number of registrations (seats) you need through our website.
  2. After completing your purchase, email us to let us know you’ve purchased a group registration. Please include your order number.
  3. We’ll send you a unique group registration link and code.
  4. Share the group registration link and code with each participant.
  5. Each participant will click the link and either log in to their existing account or create a new account if they don’t already have one.
  6. Once logged in, participants will select Join Group. The course will automatically be added to their account.

Each participant receives their own login, course access, and certificate of completion (if applicable). Group members must register using the group link and code to ensure they are enrolled correctly.

Accessing Your Course

Click Login at the top of our website and enter the email address and password you used when registering.

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the login page.

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please try the following: 

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.
  • Confirm that the email address you entered during registration was spelled correctly.  
  • If you can log in to your account, you can download your receipt anytime from My Account > Orders.

If you still can’t find your confirmation email, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. 

After logging in, you’ll find all of your active courses in your account dashboard.

Each course has an access period listed on its registration page. Most courses remain available for approximately one month after the live webinar date, but the exact access deadline is shown before you register.

 

 

Yes. You may watch the recording as many times as you like while your course remains available.

No. Webinar recordings are available through your online account and cannot be downloaded.

Technical Support

If technical issues occur on our end, the webinar will be rescheduled.

If you are unable to attend due to issues with your personal device, internet connection, or other factors outside our control, refunds or reimbursements will not be provided.

We do not offer technical support. If you experience technical difficulties, you can try the following troubleshooting steps: 

  • Refresh your browser.
  • Use the latest version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. (We recommend Google Chrome) 
  • Clear your browser’s cache.
  • Disable any VPN or proxy connection.
  • Try using a different computer or mobile device.
  • Restart your internet connection and reconnect to the webinar.

Most playback issues are caused by browser settings, internet connectivity, or corporate firewalls.

Any device or web browser may be used; however, we recommend using Google Chrome on a laptop or desktop computer for the best experience.

Certificates & Continuing Education

Once you’ve successfully completed all required course activities, your certificate will be available for download from your account.

Account progress must be at 100% in order for the certificate to become available. 

Certificates are typically available immediately after you have completed all course requirements.

No. Registrations are for individual use only. Each participant must create and use their own account and complete the course independently to receive credit. Account access is monitored, and any suspicious activity may result in termination of access without a refund.
