Integrative psychotherapy is the practice of joining together more than one methodology that is united in its theory of personality. While many psychotherapists practice using many different methods, not all are aware of how to ensure an integrative as opposed to eclectic approach. In this 12-hour Clinical Skills Training Bundle, Dr. Muth will present specific interventions as well as a path for integration for some of the most evidenced based psychotherapeutic approaches in practice. Covering CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Narrative, and Neuropsychotherapy, participants will leave the workshop with the fundamentals to address a myriad of client presenting issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions and more.

Why Attend?:

  • Case examples: While theory is necessary for case conceptualizing and integration, practical interventions and examples are often more helpful for learning. This webinar will provide practical examples of addressing a myriad of challenging client issues using the various methods covered.
  • Increase Toolbox: While it is beneficial to be skilled in one method of psychotherapy, often this creates limitations given the variety of client presenting issues that show up even in specialized clinics. Being able to utilize an integrative method effectively increases psychotherapist adaptability and thus success rates with clients.
  • Updated Evidence: Navigating trends, misinformation, and popular techniques can confound even the most experienced therapist as they attempt to navigate effective techniques to help clients. This webinar will provide empirical evidence as well as present a balanced view of common theories that lack evidence, such as the Polyvagal Theory, with the goal of equipping participants to make educated discussions for client care.
