Login & Account Access
How do I log in?
Visit https://webinars.jackhirose.com/my-account/ and log in using the email and password created at registration.
Forgot your password?
Click “Lost Your Password?” below the orange Login button. Check your junk or spam folder if you don’t receive the email.
If you’ve been locked out due to multiple reset attempts, wait 24 hours before trying again. For help, email webinars@jackhirose.com.
Credits & Registration
How do I use my credit from a cancelled course?
Email registration@jackhirose.com with your full name and the course you’d like to attend. Credits must be applied manually and can’t be used retroactively.
Recordings & Replay

All sessions are recorded and accessible to registrants until the course deadline.

Bonus content (e.g., Q&A, group discussions) may not be recorded.

There is no playback limit.

Late registrants will have access to all previous recordings.
Group Viewing & CEUs
Each registration is for one participant only. CEUs and certificates are issued only to paid registrants with individual logins. Group viewing under one login is not permitted.
Certificates & CEUs
To access your certificate:

Complete all lessons, including “Before You Begin,” the quiz, and course evaluation.

Go to My Courses > Completed Courses > View Certificate to download it.
Important: Complete the quiz before the expiration date. Extensions are not granted.
Course Extensions

On-demand access is available until the deadline listed on the event page (typically one month after the air date). Because our events are accredited by multiple governing bodies with fixed accreditation deadlines, extensions cannot be granted under any circumstances.

Student Rates
Full-time students save 60%. To qualify, students must:

Be enrolled in at least 3 courses or 9 credits per semester at an accredited institution.

Complete 100+ hours of instruction per semester.

Provide proof of enrollment (transcript or registrar letter).

How to Purchase a Group Rate

Add Seats to Your Cart
Select the total number of seats you need for your group and add them to your cart. Each seat represents one participant who will be enrolled in the course. -
Complete Your Purchase
Proceed to checkout and complete the payment for the total number of seats needed for your group. -
Contact Our Office
Once your purchase is complete, please contact our office at webinars@jackhirose.com with your order number. -
Receive Group Enrollment Link
We will send you a unique link that you can distribute to group members. Group members will be required to use this link to complete receiving access to the course.
Each seat equals one participant. Seat sharing is not permitted. Failure to comply may result in access termination without a refund.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
On-Demand:
All sales are final. No refunds or credits.
Live-Stream:

14+ business days before start: Refund minus $75 admin fee

Less than 14 business days: Credit minus $75 admin fee

Less than 1 business day: No refund or credit
All cancellations must be emailed to registration@jackhirose.com. No exceptions.

If technical issues occur on our end, the webinar will be rescheduled.

If issues are due to personal device limitations or internet problems, no reimbursement will be issued.
